Using readMedia's Hometown Newsmaker, you can insert more than just individual details in your hometowners. You can include full sentences in your spreadsheet, giving you some flexibility while writing releases. Here's an example:


In this release you will notice a full sentence of data highlighted in green at the bottom. All other placeholders are highlighted in yellow.

The spreadsheet accompanying this template contains a unique column called "Extra Details" that contains a full sentence for some of the students. Inserting a placeholder for this column into your template will include this text if the individual has data in the column. If they don't have anything in this cell, the text will be omitted entirely.
